Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

 At Knit 2 Knot , we do our best to check all our items and ensure it's in prefect condition before shipping to you. In the event where you receive a defective item , please notify us immediately (within 7days of arrival) to provide you a refund (excluding shipping cost) .  Sorry exchange isn't available at the moment ,we will refund your amount if approved and you can visit us again at Knit 2 Knot to shop.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start a return, please send us an email to shop@knit2knot.com.au with a photo of the defect noticed and reason for the request. Also please read our Product Information page https://www.knit2knot.com.au/pages/product-information. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address to post your return goods. We advice you to use tracking for your return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service, to track returned item, as we will not be responsible if your returned item was lost during shipment.
